Common questions

• My widget doesn't appear — check that the snippet is before </body> and your site's domain is on the bot's allowed domains list.
• Indexing failed — the source list shows the exact error (robots.txt disallowed, timeouts, no readable content). Re-index after fixing.
• Answers are wrong or missing — check the Analytics page for unanswered questions and add content covering them.
