These Terms of Service govern your use of AnswerDock AI. This is a template — review it with legal counsel before launch.

The service

AnswerDock lets you create AI chatbots trained on your own content and embed them on your websites. Answers are generated by third-party language models and may contain mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing how the service represents your business.

Your content and responsibilities

• You must have the right to index the content you add.
• Only add websites you own or are authorized to crawl.
• You may not use the service for illegal content, spam, deception, or to provide regulated advice (medical, legal, financial) without appropriate oversight.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe. Message and page limits reset each billing month. Downgrades apply from the next cycle. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Termination

You may delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
